Corals are known to be very soothing and very protective. Coral is of an organic origin and is the skeletal remains of marine animals called Coral Polyps.

A squash blossom necklace is a Navajo necklace centered by an upside down crescent (or naja), accented by large flowering silver beads (or squash blossoms.) Naja is the name the Navajo gave to a symbol believed to have originated in the Middle East in ancient times. Like some many symbols, it was created as a talisman for protection, with the Moors affixing it to their horses’ bridles to ward off the evil eye.
